1. What Wick is
Wick is a personal trading journal for iOS, iPadOS, and macOS. It helps you log trades, track behavioral patterns, and review performance — all on your device. Wick is not a broker, financial advisor, or trading platform. Nothing in the app constitutes financial advice.
2. Your data, your responsibility
Because Wick encrypts everything on-device and has no server infrastructure, you are solely responsible for your data. If you lose access to your device and your iCloud account, we cannot recover your data. We recommend keeping iCloud sync enabled.
3. Zero-knowledge architecture
Wick is designed so that we have zero knowledge of your data. We cannot access, view, modify, or recover any data you store in the app. This is by design and applies to all users, including in response to legal requests — we literally do not possess the data or the keys to decrypt it.
4. ML-generated insights
Wick uses on-device machine learning to detect behavioral patterns such as revenge trading, tilt, FOMO, overtrading, and the disposition effect. These insights are probabilistic and should not be treated as definitive assessments of your trading behavior. Use them as one input among many.
5. Pricing
Every feature in Wick is free. The optional premium tier is a voluntary support badge and does not unlock additional functionality. We reserve the right to change pricing in the future, but existing free features will remain free.
6. Acceptable use
Don't reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of Wick. Don't use the app in any way that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
7. Disclaimers
Wick is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any trading losses, data loss, or damages arising from your use of the app. Past trading performance logged in Wick does not guarantee future results.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of Wick after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated through the app or this page.
